| The
Williams Hot Rod Waxing Center
The Williams Hot Rod Waxing
Center provides consistently excellent results. The waxing center is comprised
of three solid-state thermally controlled zones, which assure correct
working temperature or two build-up waxes and one dipping waxes. Time
and energy efficient, waxing productivity is substantially enhanced.
|
In
addition to three waxing compartments, an electrically heated rod mounted
iun a protected recess enables quick heating of any waxing instrument. The
rod maintains a temperature in excess of 950°F or 510°C, eliminating the
need for an open flame. This reduces the amount of heat generated in the
laboratory and potential fire hazards caused by exposed flames are eliminated.
Operating on less than a quarter amp, the HotRod offers energy efficiency
and comfortable operating temperatures. |
HotRod
features and benefits
- No open flame: offers safe, clean
operation. Ventilated head shield prevents accidental vuring. Work area
remains cool and comfortable. Eliminates carbon build-up, thus increasing
instrument life and shortening time needed for waxing procedures.
- Reduced BTU output: saves on air-conditioning
costs and reduced usage of electricity.
- Solid-state thermal components:
provide the optimum working temperature of waxes for greater efficiency
and elimination of wax breakdown.
- Dipping chamber with built-in cover:
maintains temperature for even coating, improves speed and productivity.
- Completely encased electronics:
protects against damage, eliminates need for maintenance.
- Automatic termostatic control:
maintains the ideal temperature of each wax in each compartment, regardless
of external conditions.
- Deep bulk wax compartments: deep
and hot enough for coating plastic sprues and runner bars.
- Dust cover: keeps waxes clean
when not in use.
